12 Volt Electrolysis Mode In Your Car: HHO Generation This is the most common way to make HHO in your vehicle. It’s safe, easy and convenient to use. Simply insert the preassembled electrode pack and wiring harness into the generator and apply 12 Volts to the connectors. Chemical Mode: No electricity required!!! MAKES PURE H2 It works on a simple and very inexpensive chemical reaction using aluminum and water! Makes pure H2, no oxygen. This allows you to test your car in ways not normally possible. First, you can try chemical mode to make the highest possible, pure H2 output. This is the ideal situation for your car as there is no questioning if you have enough output of if you could benefit from additional ‘fine tuning’ such as adding O2 extenders to your oxygen sensors or adding an EFIE (Electronic Fuel Injection Enhancer) Chemical Mode allows you to immediately find out how much gains are possible in your specific vehicle with hydrogen subsidy.
Makes about 1 Liter / minute + + but the hydrogen output can and will vary greatly depending on the concentration of electrolyte you add and the surface area of the exposed aluminum inside the generator. Many small pieces will react much faster than one large piece but will not last as long. Thinner pieces, such as foil or drill shavings are my preference since they are clean and react completely.
Make hydrogen from waste such as foil or soda & beer cans! Each gram of Aluminum can react to produce 1.2 liters of hydrogen at standard atmospheric pressure. Our system provides you the benefit of both technologies.
You control the hydrogen production in this unit by deciding how much electrolyte (available at your grocery store) and how much aluminum you use. A collection of safety tips, general information and of course, full instructions for the generator are included. Although this generator is designed to produce hydrogen at low pressure, I include pictures, tips and tricks in the instructions describing how I have successfully sealed the unit to higher pressures so that balloons etc. can be easily inflated to store the hydrogen. This is a simple, cheap and effective means to temporarily store the hydrogen so you can float balloons (like helium) or blow them up! Whatever suits you... There are many third party proofs of this technologies' effectiveness. They all document reduced emissions, improved horsepower & responsiveness and fuel economy increases varying from 5-25%. These numbers are, of course dependant on your vehicle, your set up and how heavy your foot is while driving. A recent study in
Hydrogen Fiction: · This technology will double your mileage! H2 Supplementation is no more likely to double your mileage than it is to negotiate world peace. Whether motivated by their greed or flawed experiments, such claims (and sellers) should be quickly dismissed. 25% gains are a more reasonable expectation, even with our inside information of local commercial units selling at over $10000.00. Your individual results will vary with the quality of install, amount of HHO injected and type of vehicle and ‘fine tuning’ you may choose to perform such as adding O2 sensor extenders (available for $5-10) or EFIE signal enhancers. EFIEs are little circuit packs you can install on the signal wire coming from your oxygen sensor. It is a common way to trick the computer into allowing the extra oxygen (generated by electrolysis) into the system. Generally the computer would see the extra oxygen and think the air-fuel mixture is too lean and send in a little more fuel to compensate. This would ‘steal’ back part of the gain you were working so hard to achieve! · The more HHO, the better! Again, untrue! Electrolysis and HHO generation is EXTREMELY inefficient. The only reason it helps is because your car engine is about 30% efficient. The other 70% of the gasoline’s energy is wasted almost evenly split as heat to the radiator and the exhaust. Typically a half litre/minute will benefit you greatly. However, this unit offers pure H2 chemical mode generation (unlike other units), where more IS better. Hydrogen Facts: · Hydrogen is safe! Yes, as long as you follow common sense and the basic precautions outlined in the manual. H2 is twice lighter than even helium and very tiny. It will find an escape route and vent itself into the sky at 45 mph. (70 km/h) These systems use it on demand so no hydrogen is stored up at any time. · Does it actually work? Yes, HHO supplementation works because injecting even trace amounts into your vehicle’s combustion chamber results in a more thorough, cleaner burn. The flame speed of H2 is approximately 10X that of gasoline. · OK, But does it work on diesels? Yes, and in many cases even better! This is because, often diesel vehicles are less sensitive to any added oxygen in the air stream, due to less electrical sensors or decreased computer ‘intervention’ Turbo Diesels as well! Just install it BEFORE the turbo charger. · Even NASA Technical Note D-8487 states: "Lean-mixture-ratio combustion in internal-combustion engines has the potential of producing low emissions and higher thermal efficiency for several reasons. First, excess oxygen in the charge further oxidizes unburned hydrocarbons and carbon monoxide. Second, excess oxygen lowers the peak combustion temperatures, which inhibits the formation of oxides of nitrogen. Third, the lower combustion temperatures increase the mixture specific heat ratio by decreasing the net dissociation losses. Fourth, as the specific heat ratio increases, the cycle thermal efficiency also increases, which gives the potential for better fuel economy."

1. We’re a “Green Inspired” company. We prefer not to print a manual for everyone. Therefore we will send you an electronic copy of our user manual right after the sale. If, somehow you need a printed copy, or cannot print your own, please contact us BEFORE we ship your generator and we can include a paper copy for you. 2. This generator is intended to create the hydrogen as it is used. That means it is NOT intended to build up substantial pressures inside. However, we have been successful in sealing the unit to greater pressures (ie. enough to blow up a balloon). Information and pictures are included in the manual to help you do this if you want to give it a try. 3. Optional components such as flash back arrestors and filters are NOT INCLUDED as it is impossible to predict your application and will just add unnecessary cost for everyone.
