Fits: Gauge - '96-Later FXDWG Models and '96-Later FXSTB, FLSTF & FLSTC Models.  Will not fit models equipped with handlebar-mount                      Mini Tach, models equipped with one-piece handlebar with integrated riser, Road Tech Electronic Compass, Road Tech                      Radio, or FL Softail models equipped with Headlamp Nacelle Kit.  Not compatible with windshield bags.
