This 2008 Harley Davidson is a "bike" that even the most discriminating "biker" will relish! Custom paint, custom leather, custom seat, and just enough "chrome" to really set this bike off and help make it an extrordinarily beautiful machine. With only 6890 miles on this beauty, it is barely "broke in".
After all, it IS a HARLEY!
Let's start with the paint job. A beautiful customization of the HD paint scheme, it features a stunning "burnt orange paint" with "shadowed links of chain" on the front fender and fuel tank. The HD emblems and logos are skillfully integrated into the design so that you see the bike, you KNOW it's a Harley but there are no BLATENT Harley logos or emblems that stand out. The orange paint really "POPS" in the sun and can't be missed. The "chain links" graphics have just the right amount of "ghosting" or "shadow" so that it stands out without being overwhelming.
The 96 CUBIC INCH (1573.25 cc) V-Twin with its Electronic Sequential Port Fuel Injection, 6-speed transmission and low weight gives this bike tremendous performance, whether in city traffic or out on the open road. The black anodized engine parts make it easy to keep this bikes' motor looking as good as the rest of the bike. Chrome side exhaust pipes going into factory chrome mufflers (still have intact baffles) give this bike a very pleasing rumble without being obnoxiously loud ... an easy feature to remedy!
This custom HD has been very well maintained, all general maintenance parts are in great shape, tires are still in good condition, drive belt is in excellent shape, no tears or scuffs on the seat, no scratches, dings, or dents to detract from the appearance.
As much as I hate to sell my bike, my "other half" told me that if I kept this HD that I would be getting another type of HD ... Horrendous Divorce. Being a fairly intelligent individual I decided that the bike had to go ... even though I DID have to think about it (and yes, that did cause SOME trouble). Seriously though, with the economy the way it is, I have to get rid of some toys. My loss will be your gain.
