Q. I've won the auction! What happens next?
A. A representative of Kompolt will contact the winning bidder via email or phone to congratulate him or her as well as confirm the payment amount and payment instructions. Payment must be in U.S. funds and received within three (3) business days of the close of the auction.

Q. What are the accepted methods of payment?
A. We accept the following methods of payment: PayPal and wire transfer.

Q. Will a receipt be provided?
A. Yes, a receipt for the final bid amount paid will be provided by Kompolt.

Q. Is there sales tax?
A. Yes. The winning bidder or their designee is responsible for paying all fees associated with tax, transfer of title, and registration according to their own state's requirements. Fees will be collected at the Department of Motor Vehicles. Tax will be based on the final bid amount.

Q. Who pays for shipping and how will the vehicle be delivered?
A. Delivery will be the responsibility of the winning bidder. The vehicle will be in Beverly Hills, California and will be made available for pick up within 30 days after final payment is received and acknowledged. At the time of delivery, the winner and one guest will meet Jose, take a personal photo, have the motorcycle personalized, and take ownership. The experience will be no longer than 30 minutes.

Q. How many miles will be on the motorcycle?
A. The vehicle will be delivered with less than 4000 miles on the odometer.

Q. What is the estimated delivery time?
A. Subject to unanticipated delivery delays or constraints, or other factors beyond the control of Make Yourself Foundation, this motorcycle will be available for pick up within 30 days after final payment is received and acknowledged. The winner will work out all delivery details with a Make Yourself Foundation representative once payment has been received.

• You agree, warrant and represent that you will not in any way advertise, promote, market, or utilize Jose Pasillas's, Incubus’s, or Make Yourself Foundation’s name, likeness, voice, photograph, signature or image in any manner, for any reason at any time without the prior written consent of Jose Pasillas, Incubus, or Make Yourself Foundation in the use of the motorcycle for commercial sale, auction, exhibition, rental or lease of the vehicle.
• A background check may be required. Kompolt, the auction manager, is performing a management service on behalf of and at direction of the selling party and as such is not responsible for any errors or omissions or for any warranties or guarantees either explicit or implied herein.
  
• The purchaser/high bidder agrees to pay within 3 business days of the close of the auction.
  
• Warranties: It is the buyer's responsibility to preview any item(s) and determine condition, originality and content.
