Warranty

This motorcycle is being sold as is, with no warranty, expressed written or implied. The seller shall not be responsible for the correct description, authenticity, genuineness, or defects herein, and makes no warranty in connection therewith. No allowance or set aside will be made on account of any incorrectness, imperfection, defect or damage. Any descriptions or representations are for identification purposes only and are not to be construed as a warranty of any type. It is the responsibility of the buyer to have thoroughly inspected the motorcycle and to have satisfied themselves as to the condition and value and to bid based upon that judgement solely. The seller shall and will make every reasonable effort to disclose any known defects associated with this motorcycle at the buyer's request prior to the close of sale. Seller assumes no responsibility for any repairs regardless of any oral statements about the motorcycle.

Terms and Conditions

Winning bidder must contact us within 24 hours of auction end and make arrangements for payment at that time.  A $500.00 deposit is due within 24 hours of auction end; the remainder is due within seven (7) days of auction end.  You may put up to $3000.00 on a major credit card; the remaining balance must be paid with certified funds: cashier’s check or bank wire-transfer; financing is also available with approved credit.  If no contact is made within 24 hours we reserve the right to re-list the motorcycle, sell it to the next high bidder, or sell it otherwise. Our dealership offers great financing rates.  If you do not wish to finance with us, please make sure that your financial institution accepts the year and miles of this motorcycle prior to bidding.  Please arrange financing prior to bidding.

Shipping

Buyer is responsible for pick-up or shipping of this motorcycle. If you wish to have it shipped using a service, we will gladly assist you. 

Fee and Tax Information

All buyers will pay a $429.00 documentation fee. The documentation fee is registered with the State of Georgia and applies to all retail sales regardless of the buyer’s state of residence.  Georgia residents must also pay applicable sales tax and a $69.00 title processing fee.  Out of state buyers are responsible for their own taxes, title and registration fees.

If you are not sure about something, please ASK.  Do not assume anything not listed is included.  We reserve the right to cancel bids for excessive negative feedback or no feedback.  We reserve the right to end the listing if the motorcycle is no longer available for sale.

Please do not bid on this auction unless you are serious about owning this motorcycle.  All non-paying high bidders will be reported to eBay and negative feedback posted.

PLEASE ONLY BID WHAT YOU ARE WILLING TO PAY.  IF THE RESERVE IS NOT MET, WE MAY CONTACT THE HIGH BIDDER TO OFFER THE SECOND CHANCE OPTION.

Killer Creek Harley-Davidson is located in north metro Atlanta in the city of Roswell, Georgia, and has been in business since September 1999. Our 30,000+ square foot building was modeled after one of Harley-Davidson's original factory buildings located at 3700 W. Juneau Avenue in Milwaukee. The water tower and roll-up doors are a prominent feature on both the original building and our dealership.
