Brand new never been installed no missing pieces or factory blemishes. This was a special order that was cancelled, it was ordred to be keyed to match the bikes ignition. It can be used on any bike you will just have two different keys, one for the ignition and one for the fork. The key code on this lock is 0TT3, this may be your key code as Harley uses these numbers over and over but tries to scatter them throughout the country.
