Packages are shipped as soon as possible after payment is received.

We offer a refund for the item and the shipping costs that you, the buyer paid to our business, however we are not responsible for the shipping amount for an item to be shipped back to our company. Returns should be received 7 to 10 days from statement of dissatifaction of item.
