Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges (unless vehicle is picked up in person) and $149.48 doc fee. Illinois residents must pay sales tax and pay for transfer of title and plates ($80) or transfer of title and purchase new plates ($144). Non-Illinois residents should verify tax and title procedures with your state. As of February 1,2005 we now are required to collect sales tax for the following states: Arizona (5.60%), California (6.25%), Florida (6.00%), Hawaii (4.00%), Indiana (6.25%), Massachusetts (5.00%), Michigan (6.00%), South Carolina (5.00% up to a maximum of $300). If the tax percentage is higher when you register the vehicle in your state, then you might be required to pay the difference. You will NOT be taxed twice. 7 day temporary registration is available to non Illinois residents ($10). As a courtesy services to our customers, we offer airport or train station pick up Monday through Friday between the hours of 9 am and 4 pm. We are not open on Saturdays. Saturday deliveries are by pre-arranged appointment only. ABSOLUTELY NO DELIVERIES ON SUNDAY (it is against Illinois state law). Buyer must produce a $200 deposit within 48 hours of purchase. The deposit can be in the form of a wire transfer, cashier check, cash, Pay Pal, or credit card. Vehicle must be paid in FULL within 14 days of auction end. The remainder of the balance due must be paid before the vehicle leaves our facility. We will not accept credit cards or Pay Pal for the entire balance, only the $100 deposit. Vehicle must be picked up with in 3 weeks of auction end unless special arrangements have been made and agreed upon by both the seller and buyer prior to auction end. If the vehicle description states the tires as "Brand New" it is possible that we have not yet installed the new tires. The new tires WILL be installed before the vehicle is delivered. Vehicles sold with Luxury Entertainment Package may not have the exact system pictured. All features are the same, but appearance and location of unit may vary. If the vehicle is not offered with an entertainment package, we can always install one for an additional fee. We also install a variety of aftermarket accessories such as alarms, remote starters, sunroofs, bug shields, heated seats, tow hitches, and bedliners...Call for pricing. Please remember, your bid is a legal contract. This is our business, we take it seriously! As a buyer, you should too! Non-paying bidders will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. Please do not bid unless you intend to buy and have already arranged a way to pay for your purchase (cash, financing etc.). Even though all cars are sold AS IS, we only sell vehicles that have been inspected and are fit to drive across country. 90% of our buyers choose to drive the vehicle home instead of having it shipped. We want to make sure that they arrive home safely. We do our best to represent these vehicles as accurately as possible. Keep in mind that average condition for a 5 year old car with 75k miles is a lot different than average condition for a 1 year old car with 15k miles. Everything that we sell has a clean title.
