Terms and Conditions of Purchase By placing a Bid you are entering into a legally binding contract to purchase this motorcycle. Please do not bid if you are not seriously interested or financially able to purchase this motorcycle. All financing must be approved 24 hours before auction closing time. Cancel any and all bids at our discretion, or end the auciton early if necessary. You must be 18 years of age or older to bid. There will be no bid retractions unless agreed upon in advance by email. Title Information, If payment is made by cashiers check, we will hold all titles for 10 days or until funds have cleared.

Finalizing your Purchase, we will contact the successful high bidder by email after the auction closes. $1000.00 deposit is due 48 hours after the sale. When we receive your deposit is when the bike is held for you, not when you win the auction. All bikes are located in our showroom and are available to the public to buy until you reserve it. A $150 documentation fee applies to all bike deals and will be added to your final purchase price.
