1948 H-D TRIKE
This is a 1948 Harley-Davidson trike. It was disassembled in 2000 for
rebuild, but never got completed. It is very dusty. Items that did get done:
Frame blasted and painted
Rear axle completely rebuilt and painted
Rear wheels blasted, painted with new chrome spokes
New rear tires
Gas tanks primed and in great shape
Front end is an old style springer which needs refinishing along with
front wheel. Original engine ran before disassembly. The orginal engine is a G
code (painted black), which it is registered as, the spare engine is a WL code
(engine with chrome heads).Recommend
them to be rebuilt. One of a kind box . It is a unique space ship type design.
Top was cut off when purchased. The actual seated body part of the trike has been airbrushed with a space scene, however, I figured it would be repainted so I did not include that in the pics. Can be welded back on if so wanted. Have four
more containers (pictured) of old parts that will go with the trike. Have too many other
projects going on, no time to finish this one. Call me if you have any

All in all this is a great bike for the collector or if you just want to
customize. Please be advised that if you are the high bidder (winner) of this
auction (as long as the reserve has been met), you are responsible for
following all the terms and conditions of the auction, which are….there is a
$500.00 non-refundable deposit due within forty-eight hours of auction close…no
exceptions. The remaining balance is due within seven days of auction close.

balance has not been paid in full within the allotted seven days from auction
close, the bike will be re-sold. If you are unable or unwilling to follow these

to pass over.
