First and foremost, we would like to say Thank You to our customers, our racers and our competition. Without you, we would not be where we are today. We realize that for most of you ATV racing is your life, every weekend is spent at the track. Hopefully this time is spent racing more than wrenching but we also realize that this is not always the case. This is where Hetrick Racing comes into play. We are here for you because we know how it is to be at the track, out of luck. Please do not hesitate to give us a call or if you see us at the track, stop in, introduce yourself. That is what we are there for.
We are dedicated to providing outstanding customer service to every person as well as superior product information and support. All orders will be treated with equal importance. Our representatives are professional in every manner and are always just a phone call away. If there is anything we can do for you, we urge you to contact us. We will do our best to satisfy your every need.

Shipping:
We ship all of our domestic packages using UPS. Please allow 5-7 days for ground delivery. Priority shipping is available, with the addition of applicable fees. Most orders placed before 2:00pm (EST) Monday through Friday, will be shipped same day (This includes in-stock items only). All of our shipments are boxes and packaged in a protective manner (peanuts, bubble wrap, etc.) to ensure safe delivery. For your convenience, most shipments will require pre-payment, unless otherwise noted. COD is available at customer’s request, with the addition of applicable fees. Every product that we sell, to the best of our knowledge, is approved for U.S. consumers. If you have special shipping requirements or any questions please contact us.

International Shipping:
Please contact us before bidding to get estimate on shipping.  This number is simply an estimate and may change upon final invoicing.  Please wait until invoicing to pay. Additional fees may apply due to international customs charges, these charges are out of our power. We cannot estimate on arrival or shipment time on international shipments. YOU MUST INCLUDE A CONTACT PHONE NUMBER FOR SHIPPING PURPOSES.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL
In case of an exception, returns are handled on a case-by-case basis. All items returned must be in the original packaging and must not have been installed. All electrical and/or painted parts are NOT returnable.

Returns:
We guarantee top quality on all of our products, period. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with a product or our level of service, simply call us to get a R.A. # (Return Authorization Number) for your purchase. No returns will be accepted without a R.A. number. Once you receive authorization, send the product back to us along with its original packaging. Please include your original invoice, the R.A. number, and a short explanation of the return. Once we have received the used and/or unused product you will be granted a refund or an exchange. No refunds will be granted until the product is returned to us. If the return is made within 30 days of the original purchase, you may have your choice. Return requests made after 30 days of the original purchase are eligible for exchange only. Any exchanges are subject to shipping fees. No returns on electrical items or items that have been modified without our consent.
