This new redesigned version of the popular Tri-Y Replica version features a new revised version of its CNC Flange, we had some problems with the old version cracking on shipments. Also the header has a Polished Stainless Steel finish since it’s more durable and don’t get ugly with time as before. Be sure to get this new version, many other sellers/stores are selling their old 2007 inventory at a lower price but that’s up to you.
THIS NEW BIG TUBE VERSION IS RECOMMENDED FOR 1.8 LITERS OR BIGGER ENGINES, HIGH REVVING APPLICATIONS AND/OR HIGH COMPRESSION ENGINES.

Many Honda / Acura engine builders have used this type header since early 90’s for their All Motor (Naturally Aspirated) projects. On that time they were custom made by a company named Hytech and they were about $1200-1500 and took 2-3 months to be built. Now on 2007 this design is finally available at a affordable price. This is their last design which is the BEST HEADER for A B Series to date. It will outperform ANY header in the same price range. DYNO & RACE PROVEN.

It will fit ALL B-Series Engines Honda / Acura. All B16(A/B), B17A, B18(A/B/C1/C5) and B20(B/Z) Honda Engines.

Header Specs:
Primary Tubes = 44.5mm to 48mm to 50.8 mm 4-2 collector = 50.8mm 2-1 collector = 54.0mm Outlet = 65mm (2.5inch)

NOTE: This header will work in all type of B series swapped cars. Older models (1993 and lower) will need the use of a traction bar. This will happen on these cars with all types of headers. Just cut out the part that doesn’t let you fit in the header. Does not fit with factory Type R transmission (motor brace) transmission brace can be swapped with GSR/LS/B20. (Modifications required by purchaser to fit properly)

Extension pipe options:

Regular Extension pipe
You may require an extension pipe (2.5 inches collector) in order to bolt into your factory.or aftermarket exhaust system,
this one needs to be welded to your existing muffler piping.

Due to the long tube design for maximum horsepower, this header will eliminate stock catalyst converter. Header is intended to be Off Road Use Only.
