I am the second owner, I purchased the bike in 1998 from the original owner. He was much older than I am and had always keep the bike in an heated garage just like I have. This bike has never been out in the elements. The paint is all orriginal. The bike has never fallon over or been in any kind of a crash. Everything is original, chrome fenders, blinkers, gas tank, side covers, rims, handle bars, mirrors, chain and sprockes. I want to clearly state that this entire bike is original. This is not a fixed up bike. I bought a 1971 CB 350 Honda when I graduated high school. This bike runs just like that one did. The reason I am selling is, because I have just purchsed a 1962 Volkswagen Beetle. We had a 65 bug when we married. So to many toys.

The bike runs really good. Starts easy, and idles nice. Transmission shifts nice. NO SMOKEING. The bike has bridgestone tires. They were on it when I got the bike. The battery is one year old. Everything works, no excusses. The lights, blinkers, stop lights. front and rear brakes, you name it it works. I have the original tool kit. Original oweners manual and shop manual. I wish someone would please inform me why people will bid over a thousand dollars more for a bike the same size and type as mine, only two years newer that has rust showing on the frame and a list of all the rubber, cables etc that had to be replaced. My bike the rubbers never went back, not the cables or anything else. I would think a fixed up and fixed over bike is not near as nice as original. please help me understand.
