To view the complete list click on the "View seller's other items" to the right.  If you are the proud owner of a vintage Honda CB750 bike up to and including the 1978 model year or a GL1000 (All years) you can now convert the speedometer and tachometer to custom black on white or, if you prefer you can make the faces any light color you wish since you are the one who selects the paint for the face undercoat.  You can also convert speedometers from MPH to KMH or KMH to MPH. Of course the odometers will continue to roll in the original configuration but the speed will read according to the converted version.  The auction consists of a set of self-adhesive, polyester appliques to refinish both the tachometer and speedometer of the Honda Goldwing GL-1000. We also have CB-750 sets. In addition to the K series except the K0 we also have the F1, F2 and F3.  (We do not have appliques for the K0 which has a slightly smaller plastic enclosure and is not ambient lighted but the light shines through, instead of around the faces therefore it is not amenable to an applique process.) These appliques are pretrimmed and prepunched except for the odometer slots and, in the case of the CB750 instruments, the indicator holes on some models which are best left to a more precision trim after application. After the auction concludes, the winning bidder will elect which set they wish to receive. The 1975, 76 & 77 Goldwing sets include three pieces, one for the speedometer and two for the tachometer. (The additional one for the small temperature plate in the tach.) The 78 and 79 Goldwing and the CB750 sets include only two pieces since the temperature plate is not in the tach on those models. Applying the appliques according to complete instructions provided, will accomplish an accurate restoration of instrument faces which have become faded and/or crazed. Even if the faces are warped, following provided instructions can easily flatten them. The instructions cover, opening, processing and closing of the instruments. If you purchase this item we need information on the bike you are ordering the appliques for. If it is a GL1000 we need to know the model year and which speedo MPH or KMH?
