This vehicle purchase comes with a 48-Hour Unconditional Satisfaction Guarantee. I have instituted the policy of this Money-Back Guarantee to help ease the apprehension of an online purchase. This will allow time to drive, examine and get comfortable with your new vehicle. This Guarantee period starts when the vehicle is picked up, or at the time that delivery is received. If your vehicle was shipped to you, I need only be informed within 48 hours of receipt, with return shipping scheduled immediately. I have only two requirements pertaining to this guarantee. The vehicle must be paid in full according to the terms indicated in the Payment section, and the buyer will leave feedback immediately following the guarantee period. Your feedback is a small token of appreciation for my efforts to provide a quality product. Other than the 48-Hour Guarantee and the eBay warranty coverage stated, all online vehicle sales are AS-IS with no warranty expressed or implied by the seller. The mileage stated is guaranteed accurate within plus 1000 miles. The title is guaranteed to be free and clear of liens or encumbrances. The title will transferred to buyer's name ones the buyer decides to keep the vehicle.

A $240.00 processing fee will be added to the total value of the auction. This fee includes a 30 day Pennsylvania In-Transit Tag, notary services, messenger, and title transfer. This fee is not negotiable. It is a fixed amount for any car-purchaser, and dealers are included. Please don't bid if funds are not available at the time of bidding. This is a business.
