The following is the payment Information for all transactions: a non-refundable credit card deposit (Visa or MasterCard) of $500 must be paid within 48 hours of the close of the auction. We do not accept any of the balance to be paid by credit card. The remaining balance must be paid with cash(in person only), a bank cashiers check, bank to bank wire transfer or lenders draft within 5 business days of receipt of the deposit. All payments must be made payable to Spirit Auto Brokers. Fee and Tax Information: If your residence of record is in Florida then you must pay sales tax and registration fees. If your residence of record is outside Florida and need a temporary license tag then you will pay the reciprical sales tax for your state and be credited that amount towards your state's sale tax when you register the vehicle. Buyer's are responsible for any shipping costs if vehicle is being shipped. The vehicle must be paid in full before being shipped. We can assist you with shipping but, we are NOT responsible for any theft, damage, or loss. Title Information: All our vehicles are guaranteed with a clear title, unless otherwise stated. Titles will be sent via FedEx for proper tracking. In some cases we will hold the title until the bank cashiers check clears. Also note that some titles are held by bankers or lenders as security for loans or payoffs. In some cases, there is a delay receiving the title up to 30 buisness days from the time Spirit Auto Brokers pays off the vehicle. We normally have titles in our possesion, however, there are some cases in which we are waiting for them to arrive. ABOUT THE VEHICLE: In accordance with Florida law, we sell ALL our vehicles AS-IS. Please understand that you are bidding on a pre-owned vehicle. This vehicle has been previously driven, and as such, has been subjected to normal wear and tear both cosmetically and mechanically. Nonetheless, we try to sell vehicles that are in better-than-average condition.
