- We only accept the following forms of payment (in person or over the phone) only: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and occaisionally corporate checks (with prior approval). We apologize for any inconvenience however, at this time, we cannot accept personal checks or paypal !!!

-  All of our tire auctions on ebay are sold as new, never mounted, and may or may not be current model year production. Any major flaws in any parts or acessories will be disclosed to you, to the best of our ability. All OEM service manuals have been used by our service department and present in either used or slightly used condition (they are complete however). All of our parts are ready to install and pre-cleaned although some may need additional cleaning or have very minor imperfections from storage or handling etc. We try our best to give you a transaction of "excellence"; you will know the day we receive payment and the day your item(s) ship(s). We will ship your item promptly upon receipt of payment so that you will not have to wait- normal delivery 1 to 7 business days to the U.S. Our business typically ships auction items same day (upon receiving cleared payment for auction), it transaction closes before noon, Pacific Standard Time, 99% of the time.

- Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with the auction. If an individual item does not have a listed "flat shipping rate", contact us and we would be more than happy to estimate shipping costs for you (to your location). You can also refer to WWW,UPS.com or WWW.USPS.com for further shipping cost estimations to your individual zip code. We ship UPS & OR USPS within the USA only, with no PO BOX shipments (no exceptions)!!! We are not responsible for uninsured items. Buyers are responsible for their own sales tax, therefore we do not charge sales tax !! Once items are shipped, we will send you a notification via email with your individual tracking number, if and when available. Shipments can take as long as 10 days to be delivered from our location, depending on how far you are located, from our dealership location. Please note that all orders/purchases with payments clearing after 2pm PST, will be processed the next business day.
