Payment Methods
Cash (in person), certified check, Bank/Wire-Transfer, or 3rd-party financing. All funds must be in US dollars only. Please be sure to have full payment and/or approved financing in place before making your final bid. Call us for more information. 

 Deposit
The successful high bidder must sign our Sales Order and submit a $500 non-refundable deposit within 2 business days of the close of the auction to secure the vehicle. Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE unless the vehicle has been misrepresented or if the vehicle fails a professional on-site inspection(at buyers cost), deposits on vehicles not purchased are applied towards the significant costs of paperwork and title production, vehicle relisting fees, and lost dealership productivity.

 Payment of Balance Due
The buyer agrees to pay remaining balance due (plus applicable fees and taxes) within 5 days of the close of the auction. All financial transactions must be completed and cleared before delivery or pickup of the vehicle. 

 Additional Fees and Taxes
All transactions are subject to a non-negotiable $200 documentation fee which covers the costs of title transfer documents, temp tags, and verified document delivery services. Our document and dealer services fees are collected by Quality Import Auto brokers and are not required by law. Georgia residents pay sales tax/registration fees based on county of residence. Out-of-State buyers may register and pay applicable taxes in their home state. Out of state buyers are responsible for all state, county, city taxes and fees, as well as title/registration fees in the State that the vehicle will ultimately be registered.

 Buyer's Inspection
Every effort has been made to accurately and fairly describe this vehicle to you, however please be advised that all used vehicles will have typical scratches and dings inherent for their year and mechanical parts are subject to fail from normal usage.  Quality Import Auto brokers welcomes and recommends any buyer's third party pre-purchase inspection(s).  If you plan to have a buyers inspection, please contact us to make arrangements PRIOR to the end of the auction.  You are not bidding on an "option" to purchase the Vehicle, but by bidding you are agreeing to purchase the Vehicle AS IT IS.  Buyer is responsible for any third party inspection charges and fees

 Warranty
These are pre-owned vehicles and they are sold “As Is” condition. However some vehicles may still be under a factory warranty, or an extended warranty may be purchased. All vehicles may qualify for a extended warranty provided by Guardian Warranty. Ask for details.

 Shipping
The buyer is responsible for all shipping charges.  We can help arrange shipping worldwide at reasonable rates, please contact your sales person for more details. We assume no responsibility for damages incurred after leaving our premises. If the vehicle is going to be shipped, full and cleared payment must be received before the vehicle is released to the shipping company.

 Temporary Tag
This vehicle comes with a temporary tag.
Temporary tags are valid in all 50-States. 
We do not register the vehicle for non Georgia residents.

 Title
This vehicle will be sold with a clear title.
This vehicle's title will be re-assigned in the name & address that you provide to us.
The title will be released once full payment has been cleared by our bank.
The title can be released at the time we receive a Bank-Loan Check or Cash as full payment; in which case, we will require advance notice to have the title paperwork completed prior to your arrival.
Bank loan titles will be perfected with lien holder information provided by lender.

  Legal Discloser

All obligations pursuant to this contract shall be performed in Gwinnett County, Georgia. The vehicle shall be delivered F.O.B. in Gwinnett County, Georgia and all obligations of purchaser to pay for the vehicle shall be payable in Gwinnett County, Georgia.

It is agreed to all parties in relation to any transaction involving this vehicle that the proper venue for any legal proceedings shall be Gwinnett County, Georgia

  Notice to Bidders
We reserve the right to cancel all bids and end an auction early should the vehicle no longer be available for sale.  All of our cars are available to be purchased outside the eBay auction process by buyers who contact us directly.

 Bid Retractions
Bid retractions are not allowed nor will be recognized within 12 hours of auctions end.  Seller will not be obligated to sell in the event of a late retraction.

 Negative Feedback Bidders
While we allow bidding from negative feedback bidders, we reserve the right to cancel bids from buyers, who in our opinion do not appear to be conducting themselves honestly on eBay.  New bidders with zero feedback rating should email us or call us prior to bidding.

Successful Bidder
The winning bidder will be contacted via email after the auction closes and he/she must contact Quality Imports Auto Brokers within 24 hours to sign a Sales Order and proceed with payment and vehicle pickup/delivery arrangements.

Non-Paying Bidder
If the signed Sales Order and deposit are not received within 24 hours of the close of auction or if the balance is not paid in full within 5 days following the close of auction, we reserve the right to re-list the vehicle or sell the vehicle to the next highest bidder or another qualified buyer.
