If you are in Canada we are happy to arrange shipping to a suitable US border crossing and provide the US paperwork required to import the vehicle (Title, bill of sale and odometer statement). Full details of the import process and requirements can be found on the Canadian Registrar Of Imported Vehicles (RIV) website.

We have shipped many cars nationally and internationally so you can buy with confidence. Please note that, due to California State regulations, cars must be professionally transported out of state to avoid paying California sales tax. If you wish to drive the car home yourself you will have to pay Californa sales tax at the time of purchase at the current rate. (7.75% as of June 2008) If you do this and are resident in another US state you will not normally be charged sales tax again when you register the vehicle, but please check with your local DMV if you are not sure.

If shipping the vehicle out of California we will need to hold a check on file for the Calfornia sales tax until the vehicle has been delivered and we have received back a notorized delivery form that we will provide. This check will then be cancelled and returned to you.

If you wish to arrange your own shipping we are also happy to work with any professional transporation company that are licensed common carriers and can provide us with a Bill of Lading.

IMPORTANT - We are not responsible for delays in shipping. No vehicle will be released for shipping without both full payment and completed paperwork.

  • This auction is subject to prior sale. All our vehicles are available for sale locally at our licensed retail location in California.
  • Please do not bid if you do not know you have the financial ability to carry out the purchase. If you don't already have guaranteed approved financing please contact us before bidding.
  • If you will be financing the purchase without any other seperate cash payment please ensure you have your loan approved to cover both the purchase price, any applicable taxes, registration, fees and delivery charges. Please also ensure the financial institution providing your financing understands you will be purchasing the vehicle from a state-registered California auto brokers.
  • The final winning price excludes all applicable taxes, registration, fees and delivery/shipping charges.
  • A $55 California DMV documentation fee will apply to all sales.

  • Unless specifically stated otherwise we guarantee to the title will be clean and free of all liens. The title will be completed according to California DMV regulations. We cannot be responsible for different DMV regulations in other states or countries.
  • Vehicles sold to non-California residents must be professionally transported out of state or California sales tax will be applied to the purchase.
  • California residents are required to physically complete the relevant DMV paperwork in person at our license business premises.
  • The buyer may request an independant mechanical inspection at their own expense. The buyer agrees to give Orange County Professional Auto Brokers a copy of the inspection report and an oppourtunity to address any issues found.
  • We accept Certified & Cashier's Checks and Bank transfers in US Dollars. We can accept payments from recognized financial institutions such as Credit Unions.
