This is a brand Chrome Rear License Frame Cover is for an H2 Hummer 2003-2008.  The part number is #RFL-HM10ABC and it is a three piece set (includes the handle cover).

 

The rear cover frame will dramatically enhance the look of your factory rear license cover in minutes.
