We reserve the right to end this listing at anytime should the vehicle no longer be available for sale. The following terms of sale apply to all of our listings.
A $500 deposit is required immediately after auction end payable by Visa or Master Card. Cashier's check, bank wire transfer, cash and dealer financing will be the only acceptable forms of payment for the remainder of the vehicle balance. Full payment must be received within 72hrs after auction end. Your registration fees and state taxes are not included in the final sale price and will have to be paid by you to your state during the vehicle registration process. All sales are subject to a $299 documentation fee above and beyond the sale price.

It is the responsibility of the buyer to have thoroughly inspected the vehicle, and to have satisfied himself or herself as to the condition and value and to bid based upon that judgment solely. The seller shall and will make every reasonable effort to disclose any known defects associated with this vehicle at the buyer's request prior to the close of sale. Seller assumes no responsibility for any repairs regardless of any oral statements about the vehicle. By placing a bid the buyer acknowledges full understand of the auction terms and conditions and his/her responsibilities.
The vehicle is also listed for sale locally and on our lot. Due to this we reserve the right to cancel any bids and end the auction early.
Buyer is fully responsible for all shipping costs but we will help arrange for pickup of the vehicle through your shipping company.
