Payment
Our preferred method of payment is through PayPal and Credit/debit cards through PayPal. Please contact us if you wish to pay through means other than Paypal. When pay by business check or personal check, please allow an extra 5-10 business days for the check to be cleared. In that event, we will withhold shipment of the product until the check clearing process is complete and we have the funds in our account.

Shipping and Handling
We ship to verified Ebay accounts with confirmed addresses only.
U.S. Buyer and Delivery: Shipping and handling is free to U.S. buyers for shipment within the continental U.S. We ship the product within 48 hours of receipt of Paypal payments or within 48 hours of the clearing of any payment by check. Product will be shipped via USPS First Class Mail. Please allow 2 - 5 business days for delivery. We combine shipping if you purchase more than one of this product and/or our other products.
Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and other U.S. Territories, and Canada: International Shipping costs apply. Please see international shipping cost in "Shipping". We ask that you provide your shipping address telephone number for accurate and timely delivery. Buyer pays shipping cost. Rates listed in the ebay Shipping and Handling section at the bottom of this listing are for shipping via USPS mail or other express shipping carriers we choose to use. Shipping insurance is at an additional charge.

Track Your Shipment
Most packages shipped can be tracked online through the particular carrier's web site. You will receive shipping and tracking information from us in the "Notification of Shipping" email after your package has been physically shipped. In most cases the shipment can be tracked online, but the information might not be updated in a timely fashion to reflect the actual point at which the package is at during its journey. This could be for a few reasons, including, but not limited to, the carrier not updating their online information during the weekend, delays in updating information due to holidays, and policies of the carrier that dictate they only update the date and time at which final delivery had occurred.
Warranty
We provide 90 day Limited Warranty on defective items. Customer must provide a copy of your invoice. Customer is responsible for paying all warranty related shipping expenses. Customer must contact us to get prior warranty return authorization before ship the products back. Defective items must be returned for inspection before any warranty service will be provided. Evidence of alteration, physical damage, improper installation, improper operation, excess voltage, short circuit, reverse polarity or voltage spike voids warranty.
Returns and Exchanges

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. ALL PRODUCTS ARE FULLY TESTED BY US PRIOR TO SHIPMENT TO YOU.
No returns or exchanges accepted unless the product is inoperable. Operating problems must be reported to us within 3 calendar days of delivery. After 3 calendar days, returns/exchanges are not permitted. We make every effort to help our customers to solve any technical issues they may have related to the installation and normal use of the product. We ask that the buyer make every effort to contact us with their technical questions and problems prior to requesting a return/exchange. All exchanges are like-kind exchanges. We will not exchange for a different product or one with a different model type.
Returns/Exchanges are voided if the product is returned to us damaged and/or re-configured/disassembled. When returning a product we ask that you return it with all packaging materials intact and in the original product box. Buyer is responsible for all packaging/handling/shipping costs. We will not reimburse the buyer for any costs associated with returning the product to us. Buyer is responsible for damage, loss, or theft that might occur during return shipment to us if buyer does not purchase the shipping insurance. Within the returned packaged, buyer MUST provide a written explanation as to the problem encountered while installing/using the product. Failure to do so will result in our returning the product to you and will void any refund of the purchase price to the buyer. Upon receipt by us, our technicians will perform a full diagnostic review of the product to determine the exact cause(s) of operational difficulty/failure. If we determine that user error was the source of the product's operational difficulty/failure we reserve the right to keep the product without refunding the buyer's purchase price.
Restocking Fee - When you return an item in exchange for a new one or for a refund, we will conduct a thorough examination of the item and retest it. We reserve the right to assess a 15% restocking fee (on the original purchase price) if the item is found to be in proper working condition. If the item is deemed to be faulty and in need of repair you will not be charged a restocking fee, but will instead be provided a full refund.
