*We do not do international shipments!! If you are from outside the United States and you can supply a U.S. address I can ship the item to that address. From there, you can ship it the rest of the way to you through any service you desire. Email me with your U.S. address and if it verifies, I will allow you to bid (Bidder is responsible for all shipping charges). This excludes Hawaii & Alaska.*

Shipping Info

Paid items will get shipped Monday & Wednesday (8-3pm) & Friday (8-5pm). If payment is received after then, the item will get shipped next available day, no shipping on weekends. All orders have 24hrs processing standard, and shipping 3-7 days.

Charges:
     The winning buyer is responsible for all shipping charges. Shipping charges will be posted in the description and vary per auction. If you are the winner of multiple auctions you are able to combine shipping charges, each additional auction is an extra $5.00.
Addresses:
     Currently we only ship to the USA via UPS Ground. Orders shipping to Alaska or Hawaii may incur additional shipping charges. Please email us beforehand to get a quote if you will be shipping to either of these states. All shipments are made M-F, there is no shipping on weekends or holidays. All orders must be going to a physical address, PO Boxes are not allowed. Unfortunately we are not able to accommodate any orders that are going outside of the US (including Canada, APO/FPO or any US territories). We are not able to ship any items internationally, no exceptions.
Pickups:
     If you happen to be in the Medford, OR area we do allow pickups for items won on eBay. Please contact us via email prior to sending payment so that we may adjust the S&H charges and schedule a pickup time with you.
Tracking:
     UPS tracking #s are available upon request, however we ask that you do not request this info unless it has been more than 5 business days since you received your shipping notice via email. All shipments leave from Medford, Oregon and may take up to a week to reach you if you are on or near the East Coast.

Procedure:
After winning an eBay auction, Motorcycle Superstore will send you a confirmation e-mail containing your eBay item number, the product name, auction end date and your winning bid. Please access the secure link included in this email to complete your transaction. If you have not received this e-mail within 24 hours of your auction win, please contact us at ebaystore@motorcycle-usa.com with your eBay auction number and email address associated with this winning bid. All payments must be received within 5 days after the auction has ended.

     We may be able to provide sizing charts for certain items upon request, please send an email with the auction # for the item you are interested in. Items that do not fit even after following the size charts do not qualify to be eligible for a return or exchange.
