Isuzu FTR, FVR, or FXR built between April and December of 2003.

Isuzu FRR with an 8.2 liter 6HK1-TCN engine built after February of 1999.

Isuzu FSR, FTR, or FVR with a 6HK1 engine built after May of 1998.
