4. We are NOT responsible for any loss or damage due to packages left at your doorstep by shipping carrier, drivers, or receive by another person at your address.
5. We are happy to get your item to the post office within 24 hours after your payment has cleared (subject to stock available according to our current stock checking tool provided). We ship products using USPS/UPS/Fedex, therefore it could take up to 14 days for your item to be delivered. Tracking or insurance is included in the shipping price.
    

FOR INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS:

1. We accept the payment through Paypal. Buyer is responsible for all duties, customs and brokerage fees. Please do not ask us to make orders as Gift as this is against the law and we are unable to do this.

2. We are happy to get your item to the post office within 3-7 days after your payment has cleared. We ship products using USPS EXPRESS MAIL INTERNATIONAL/USPS PRIORITY  MAIL INTERNATIONAL FIRST CLASS MAIL depend on the size of pakage, therefore International shipping can take 10 to 30 days for your item to be delivered. Please, be aware of your local customs office for details on how you can claim items if your package has been delayed longer than 15 days above normal delivery time. We claim the value of the package by the ending item price. We are sorry, but we cannot claim your item as a gift to avoid customs fees. Buyer is responsible for all taxes, duties and customs fees.

2. NOTE: OPENED AND / OR UNSEALED DVDs, CDs AND CARTOGRAPHY ARE NOT RETURNABLE. SPECIAL ITEMS MAY NOT BE RETURNED.

3. We will exchange any items if defective within 20 days from the date of delivery. After 20 days from the date of delivery all units requiring Services, either Warranty of otherwise, should be returned directly to the appropriate Manufacturer.

4. Remanufacture items may not be returned. Units requiring Service, either warranty of otherwise should be returned directly to the appropriate manufacturer.

5. Return merchandise authorization (RMA) numbers are required for all returns. Returned products must be complete in the original packaging and resalable. No returns shall be accepted without RMA number. Email us to get the RMA #. All shipping expenses to be borne by the buyer.
