I'm selling a 1969 Jaguar XKE E-type OTS Series 2 roadster. This car is a project car. It is fairly straight and doesn't show any signs of previous accident damage. The bonnet is straight. There is rust and bubbling along the rockers and front floorboards. The rear trunk pan is solid with no rust. The front subframe is solid and shows no accident damage or rust. The bonnet support frame has gone missing although both the radiator and the electric fans are included. There is no engine or transmission although this series 2 car came with the famous Jaguar inline 6 cylinder engine and 4 speed transmission.. You could convert this car to a small block Ford or go back original. I found a gentleman selling a 1969 Jaguar engine and transmission for $1500. The front windshield and side glass is broken. The interior is complete with all gauges, dash, seats, etc. This car comes with a clear title and I will assist anyone with loading this car. On Oct-30-09 at 17:11:08 PDT, seller added the following information: Just to be clear, this Jaguar has no engine or transmission. I'll be happy to pass along the information about the engine and transmission available for $1500 for sale to the winning bidder. Please don't make this a condition for buying this car since it's possible that this engine/transmission will sell before then.
