Remanufactured Jeep 1991 - 1995 242 6cyl. 4.0L engine. Part Number: 406390. OHV engine for Cherokee , Comanche , Wrangler. Long block comes with cylinder head, valves, oil pump, timing chain and gasket set. One Year warranty. Usually ships within 48 hours via freight.

A friendly reminder when installing any engine: Irregularities in combustion can cause damage in all types of internal combustion engines. Problems associated with these irregularities include; incorrect air/fuel ratio, improper ignition timing, malfunctioning computer, or malfunctioning EGR system. Even if the EGR is functioning properly, a blocked passage in the cylinder head or intake manifold can still lead to damage. Please check all ignition and fuel systems and you must have the EGR passage clear of any obstruction to prevent any premature damage.
