Millennium Auto Sales is a licensed Arizona Auto Dealer. The vehicle is also for sale at our physical location and Millennium Auto Sales reserves the right to end the auction early. Millennium Auto Sales can arrange financing for nearly any buyer. Please call for financing.

To All Our Valued Customers: You are entering into a legal binding contract. Please read all terms and conditions carefully. Notice to all bidders: We welcome all our bidders to personally view, test drive, and have the above vehicle inspected by a certified mechanic of your choice and at your expense prior to the winning bid. Please understand, we do our very professional best to describe to you in detail all our vehicles, however, we are only human and these are used vehicles, therefore, Millennium Auto Sales and their employees will not be held accountable for errors or omissions in the description of the above vehicle or any of our vehicles represented on eBay. Winning Bidder must contact Millennium within 24 hours of a winning bid. Failure to do so will automatically void your bid.

Winning Bidder is responsible for some or all of the following fees -

$399 - Document preparation fee (covers paperwork, pre-delivery costs, cleanup and overnight fees)

$30 - Title transfer fee

$15 - 30 Day temporary or drive-out plate

7.8% Sales Tax (AZ residents only)

If you are not an Arizona resident, you may not be responsible for some of these fees, please contact us to find out more.

Winning Bidder must confirm his winning bid with a $1,000.00 partially refundable deposit within 24 hours of winning bid. Balance of purchase price is due to Seller within 3 days of winning bid. If, upon inspection of the vehicle, it is not all the Buyer expected, the Buyer may withdraw his offer by paying a penalty of $500.00 or one-half of the deposit.

We accept Certified & Cashier's Checks and Bank transfers in US Dollars only.

Any request to stop the auction early will only be honored at the time a deposit is received either in person or verified by calling our bank. Until we have verification, the auction will continue.

If the deposit is not received within 48 hours of the close of auction and/or if the balance is not paid in full within 7 days following the close of auction, we reserve the right to re-list the vehicle or to sell it to the next highest bidder or another qualified buyer.

Unless the vehicle has a remaining factory warranty, all sales are "AS-IS" with no warranty.

eBay may offer some type of warranty. If so, that warranty is separate and independent of any offering from Millennium Auto Sales.

The State of Arizona, County of Maricopa, shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all disputes. The final contract signed between both buyer and seller shall be binding. The final signed contract and terms thereof shall govern the sale. All disputes arising out of or relating to this auction, any negotiations, the signed agreement, or to the breach, enforcement or interpretation thereof, shall be resolved by binding arbitration in the State of Arizona, County of Maricopa, in accordance with the terms contained in the final sale agreement and under the laws of the state of Arizona.
