Set of 4 black rubber bumpers for a Jeep CJ-7.  These are direct replacements for the 4 bumpers on the stock swing-out spare tire carrier.  Your rubber bumpers are probably smashed, cracked, dry rotted, or missing like mine were.  These will fix that, and keep that tire carrier from rattling so much.  You don't want that thing bouncing around back there, it will fatigue and damage the corners of your tub.  I replaced mine, but could only buy them in bulk, and unloaded my extras here on ebay.  So many people liked them that I got some more.  Several satisfied CJ owners have left me positive feedback.  You won't find them for less!

The quantity you order is for the number of sets, not the number of bumpers.  Order 1, get 4 bumpers.  Order 2, get 8, and so on.  If you want something other than a multiple of 4, let me know and we can work something out.

Shipping is flat $5 for a set.  US only.

Update 11/25/09:  After 25+ positive feedbacks on these bumpers, I got my first negative today.  The buyer was happy with the bumpers, but not the shipping method.  Specifically, he felt for $5, they should have arrived in a box, or from UPS.  So here's the deal to make sure there are no future "misunderstandings": 

• I'm a guy with a job, just like you.  I don't have a shipping department that fills the orders.  Its just me, or sometimes my wife.  I send these things out by whatever means is easiest for me to get them to you quickly.  I usually use the US Post Office because its usually most convenient and they have been 100% reliable so far, but once in a while I'll use UPS or FedEx depending on my circumstances. 
• I charge a reasonable shipping and handling fee of $5.  This covers the postage, the shipping materials, my time/gas getting to/from the post office (I drive a CJ, gas goes quickly), etc.  My feedback ratings show 4.5 out of 5 stars for shipping and handling charges, so people seem to agree this is reasonable. 
• No matter what service delivers them, I use envelopes.  This keeps cost and waste at a minimum, which I think we are all in favor of.  These bumpers are nearly indestructable (at least by mail carriers) so they don't need a box to protect them.  Why waste money and create more garbage?
• Since more people than not have emailed me to thank me for the product after it arrives quickly, and no other person (25+) has made even the slightest comment about the packaging, I'm assuming most people don't care what they come in or who delivers them, as long as they show up promptly and in good shape.  I know thats all I care about when I buy something. 
• If they get lost in the mail (hasn't happened yet) or for some reason you are not happy with the bumpers, let me know and we'll work it out.  If for some reason you are thinking about leaving negative feedback, let me know and I can address your issue.  I want people to be happy with the product they get.
• I leave all my buyers positive feedback, and would request they do the same for me if they are satisfied.  I will leave my feedback for you once you have received the bumpers and are happy.
• This should go without saying on ebay, but apparently it needs to be said:  If you are the kind of person that will leave me negative feedback because you decide you don't like the price after you buy, please just move along and don't buy from me.
