| We ship our parts by Fedex Ground, UPS Ground, and USPS Priority Mail. We reserve the right to ship by any means we choose to use. |

All personal checks must have your name, address, check number and bank imprinted on the front. If you have a PO Box on your check, please include your physical address for shipping purposes. Personal checks will not be accepted for orders of $1,000 or more. Please allow 14 days for checks to clear before items will be shipped.

Product Installation Policy |

Baseline 4x4 Outfitters expects the customers to use good maintenance practices when installing any of the products purchased from us. It is the customers responsibility to use these products within the design limitations for which they were intended. Baseline 4x4 Outfitters is not responsible for any injuries or damages as the result of misuse or abuse for any of the products we sell.

Warranty |
| Baseline 4x4 Outfitters guarantees all of the items purchased from us, will be free of defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 90 days from the date of purchase. Contact us at sales@baseline4x4.com to file a warranty claim or if you need any additional information regarding product warranties. You will be assigned a Returned Goods Authorization number for any eligible warranty claim. It is the customers responsibility to return the defective item, within the guidelines of our Return Policy, to receive all compensation due. Warranty claims will not exceed the original purchase price of the item. Baseline 4x4 Outfitters is not responsible for any labor or incidental damages incurred as the result of a defective item. |

Backorders |
| Baseline 4x4 Outfitters maintains a large inventory of products to satisfy our customer demands. Occasionally an item will be out of stock, at the time it is ordered, due to the large volume of business we maintain. In the rare occasions this happens, we will contact the customer and allow them to decide if they would like to have the item shipped, when it becomes available, or receive a complete refund for the purchase price of the backordered products. There are no additional shipping charges for items that are backordered. |

Return Authorization |
| If you receive your item and are not completely satisfied with it, you may return it for a refund of the original purchase price according to our returned goods policy. To return an item, you must contact us at sales@baseline4x4.com to receive a Return Goods Authorization Number. Returned items will not be accepted without a Return Goods Authorization Number. The item must be in its original packaging, unused, uninstalled and in new resellable condition. We will not accept any items that have been installed on a vehicle, unless you are filing a warranty claim, or items that have been modified in anyway. Any returned part that we determine shows evidence of being used or installed not according to the manufacturer's instructions and/or subjected to improper handling, packaging, or shipping by the customer, will not be eligible for exchange, refund or warranty consideration. Returns are only accepted within 30 days from the original purchase date. Any items returned without prior authorization will be refused. Return shipping and handling is the responsibility of the buyer, unless the error was made on our behalf, and is not refundable. Body parts, electrical components, special order items and items delivered by a common carrier are not returnable.
Returned items will be refunded in the following manner:
Items returned within 10 days of delivery will be eligible for a refund of the original purchase price minus a 10 % restocking fee.
Items returned after 10 days of delivery but not over 30 days will be eligible for a refund of the original purchase price minus a 20% restocking fee.
Shipping is not Refundable.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded. |

Printing Errors |
| Baseline 4x4 Outfitters makes every effort to ensure that all publications are accurate and free of any and all errors. In rare occasions an error may be encountered, Baseline 4x4 Outfitters reserves the right to correct these errors at any point within the transaction. |

International Orders |
