Up for auction is a nicely restored 1979 Jeep CJ-7 Golden Eagle. The odometer (original mileage) reads 84,954 miles however this jeep has had less than 1000 miles put on it since the restoration. The engine is a rebuilt 258ci inline 6 connected to a very strong 4 speed trans. Everything on this jeep functions as should with the exception of the gas gauge. I had thought about installing a new speedo, however decided not to since the original is in such great shape and shows the original mileage. This is a complete metal body jeep with no rust what-so-ever. The front seats, which compliment the golden eagle theme, are from a 99 wrangler and really help set this jeep apart. Also a newer style full cage was installed and looks GREAT. All the lights, blinkers, wipers and everything electronic works flawlessly. Along with the new interior is a new radio, new sound system, and new carpet. This jeep does have disc brakes and power steering. You would be hard pressed to find one nicer in my opinion. This is a real beauty and head turner!!! Also included in the auction is a complete bestop soft top and soft doors. 100% mechanically and electronically sound!!! I am so confident in this jeep that if you travel to come see it and feel it is not as nice as i have described I will pay the first $50 toward your trip home. So bid with complete confidence.
