This is a Jeep CJ/Wrangler YJ, TJ 76-06 Textured Black Bumper Base with a Winch Mount. This is out of scratch and dent and is in excellent condition. It may have a few minor scratches, but not very noticable. Made to fit YJ and TJ Models and has hardware for CJ's. Sold as is. What you see is what you get.
