Q. Do you sell vehicles outside the United States?
A. We will not sell new vehicles to buyers not residing in the United States,
or to those that intend to ship new vehicles overseas. It is against our dealer
franchise agreement. Used vehicle may be sold under certain circumstances.
Q. Do you accept trade-in's?
A. We do accept trades. However, it is usually when the buyer is willing to
drive it to North Carolina. It is usually unreasonable for a buyer to pay bi-directional
shipping cost and negates any value of buying online.
Q. I cannot use the "Buy It Now" feature. What can I do?
A. We have strict bidding requirements due to all the fraud on eBay. If you
don't meet our eBay guidelines, simply call us toll-free at 1-800-553-2196.We have the right to no sell any vehicle that may have been listed at a incorrect buy it now price or with incorrect rebates.
We can accept a $1000 credit card down payment over the phone to secure your
purchase, list the vehicle sold on our web site, and end the auction early.
Q. Do you offer financing?
A. Yes, we do offer financing. You will find 2 direct links above to our ultra-secure
finance applications. We are signed up with nearly 30 lenders including Chrysler
Financial and several Credit Unions.
Q. Can you provide me with some lease payments?
A. Yes, we do offer leasing. However, there are many restrictions regarding
leasing. Other factors such as credit score, term, projected mileage, and total
down payment are needed to obtain the payment. Because of this, we will only
provide lease payments to those that submit a request with a full name and day
time or cell phone number.
Q. Do you offer shipping?
A. We can assist in arranging the shipping transport of your new vehicle. We
use and recommend www.1stchoiceshipping.com.
If you live within 6 hours of Northwest North Carolina, it is likely that we
can handle delivery in-house for a reasonable fee to cover our expenses.
Terms of Sale
Payment Terms: The successful high bidder will
submit a $1000 Credit Card down payment within 1 business day of the close of
the auction to secure the vehicle. Buyer agrees to pay remaining balance due
(plus applicable fee's and taxes) within 5 business days of the close of the
auction. All financial transactions must be completed before delivery of the
vehicle. If you are not ID Verified and do not have an active Paypal account,
please call us to arrange purchase. We take these security measures to prevent
individuals who have hijacked eBay accounts from making fraudulent purchases.
New vehicles will only be sold to verified U.S. residents as per DCX Dealer
Guidelines! If you live overseas or you are an International Auto Broker, please
do not contact us regarding new vehicle purchases. Preowned vehicles will be
sold to overseas buyers at our discretion.
Payment Methods: Cash In Person, Certified Check, Bank Wire Transfer,
or 3rd-party financing.
Fees and Taxes: Buyers that will be registering
the vehicle outside of North Carolina are responsible for all applicable state,
city and county taxes and fee's required by their own state. North Carolina
Buyers must pay 3% Sales Tax plus applicable tag fees. We add $310 to the final
selling price. This fee includes our eBay listing fees, Title Work Fee, Overnight
Paperwork Delivery, and a $10.00 30-Day Temporary Tag to enable you to drive the vehicle
until you receive your permanent tag. We have the right to no sell any vehicle that may have been listed at a incorrect buy it now price or with incorrect rebates.
