·        It was purchased by a wealthy outdoorsman as his transportation to and from his fishing lodge.  This is where it got most of its miles as the old mans second car.

·        This Jeep has “stayed in the family” and has been well maintained during this time.

·        The custom antenna is really a coat hanger

·        Sometimes from the driver seat window control will not control the back seat driver side window.  But reaching back there and hitting the button on the door works!

·        I think there is a rock between the front passenger disc break and wheel.  It rattles when in motion.  I tried to fix this, but see the next item . . .

·        The front passenger side wheel is stuck on for now.  I stripped one of the lugs.  Did you know Trans Texas Tire will drive to your ranch and change the tire while the wheel is on the car?  Amazing!  BTW, there is a lug nut remover you can buy that removes stripped lugs – cheap!

·        The back bumper was nearly pulled off at a Dallas car wash.  Not bad, just a tear in the bumper cover.  Look in the pics.

·        The gas cap cover always wants to be open.  I bent one of the metal cap holders up and it seems to work fine for my needs. See pics.

·        The speakers are 16 years old.  But you old school guys know that the Infinity Gold Jeep stereo rocks.  If you can’t live with just o-k sound then price some new speakers.

·        The back passenger door will not latch – sometimes.  This is normal as I have friends that have Jeeps that do this too.  If you are the new owner I’ll teach you what I know about making it latch again.  See pics.

·        The a/c does not work.  It has a small leak.  It may work for the summer with a charge.  But, no guarantee’s.

·        I am not trying to sugar coat it.  There are NORMAL 16 year old jeep problems. 

·        Ask Lots of questions if you are interested.

·        It feels like the AWD is only running in 2WD.  When I put it in 4LOW it has plenty of torque but I have no idea if it is AWD.

·        It rattles a bit when in drive, BUT it running great for my needs and pulls a trailer of firewood.  I have only driven this Jeep on the ranch for the past 2 years.
