For Canadian Buyers: If title is to be release at time of delivery, bank to bank, wire Transfer is your quickest way to handle this transaction If payment is other than bank wire transfer, i.e., Certified bank check or approved loan check-Title will only be released, when all funds have cleared. Keep in mind that can take several weeks. Also very important! We will assist you with whatever documents you will need to clear Canadian customs but knowing exactly which vehicles qualify for importation into Canada and which documents are required by your home province, are the buyers responsibility. ***IMPORTANT***As one of the largest Jaguar and Land Rover dealership in the Midwest we can get very busy. At any given time, there may be a customer here at the dealership in the process of purchasing one of the cars we have listed on eBay. It sometimes can take several hours before this information gets to our eBay staff. The point is, you should first call one of our eBay staff members listed on the auction page before hitting the "buy it now" to check for availability. This is the agreement***If you should use the "buy it now" feature, before checking on that vehicles availability and shortly thereafter find out the vehicle was sold here on the lot, you agree not to leave negative feedback*** we also reserve the right to sell these eBay vehicles to on lot customers at any time, right up to the point in which we've received the minimum $1000.00 deposit

Winning bidder must contact us within 24 hours of auction end, and make arrangements for payment at that time. A $1000.00 deposit is due within 48 hours of end of auction. The remainder is due within 7 days of auction end. If you have not made contact  within 24 hours we reserve the right to re-list the vehicle, sell it to the next high bidder, or sell it otherwise.

 Buyer is responsible for fees and taxes required by their state of residence. See list below for those states that require us to collect state sales taxes for them. Tag and title fees are not included. There is a $151.65 Doc Fee added to the final sales price. The following states require us to collect their state sales taxes for them: Arizona, Florida, Hawaii, Indiana, Massachusetts, Michigan, South Carolina, and of course Illinois.
