We accept trade-ins on most vehicle sales. Trade-ins are evaluated on case-by-case basis. If you are interested in trading your vehicle, please contact us and provide the following information about your vehicle: year, make, model, engine size, options, color (interior/exterior), VIN number, condition of the vehicle, mileage, pictures and how much you are looking to add in addition to your vehicle in order to complete the transaction. All trade-ins must be delivered to us at your cost.

Our Guarantees

1. We DO NOT deal in Junk, Flood or Salvage vehicles.
2. All our vehicles are verified with Carfax.com for anything that could have a negative effect on their condition and/or value or quality, including accidents. We run reports prior to making an acquisition. Most vehicles are covered by Carfax and eBay guarantees. Many have remaining manufacturer warranties or could be eligible for extended warranties.
3. All vehicles undergo professional service and cleaning prior to delivery. Professional detailing is also available* (*additional charges may apply).
4. We take great pride in selling nice, clean, pre-owned vehicles. However, please remember that you a bidding on a pre-owned vehicle. All pre-owned vehicles may or may not have chips, dings, dents, scratches, scrapes, or imperfections due to normal everyday wear and use by the previous owner. We spend a lot of time hand picking all of our vehicles and we try our very best to describe them as honestly and accurately as possible. We are however human and do occasionally make mistakes and miss something. We encourage all bidders to view the vehicle before bidding.

We are pleased to offer extended service warranty contracts. Various types and levels of coverage may be available, from basic "peace of mind" to "bumper-to-bumper". Service may usually be performed at most licensed mechanical shops in most states and, with some plans, Canada. Plans offer many additional benefits, including emergency towing service, battery service, flat tire service, lock-out service, emergency fuel and fluid delivery. Many of our vehicles are subject to manufacturer warranties. If we find it possible, and to the best of our knowledge, we will inform you of the length of factory warranty and the expiration date of the factory warranty. Existing extended warranties might be subject to a transfer fee.

When you buy any type of vehicle, it might be a good idea to afford yourself the protection that a warranty can provide. This is especially true when buying a pre-owned vehicle. Most vehicles offered by us are eligible for extended warranty, offered either by manufacturer or third-parties. Such warranty purchase is an additional cost above the purchase of this vehicle. It is not included in the final sale amount. For your financial convenience, and depending on how you plan to pay for the vehicle, you might be able to incorporate the cost of the warranty into your vehicle financing, or you may opt to pay for the warranty separately.

The seller shall not be responsible for the correct description, authenticity, genuineness, or defects herein, and makes no warranty in connection therewith. No allowance or set aside will be made on account of any incorrectness, imperfection, defect or damage. It is the responsibility of the buyer to have thoroughly inspected the vehicle, and to have satisfied himself or herself as to the condition and value and to bid based upon that judgment solely. Seller assumes no responsibility for any repairs regardless of any oral statements about the vehicle.

As any used vehicle, minor wear may appear under close scrutiny; this includes small sand and/or rock chips and/or scratches . We believe that a picture is worth a thousand words. Therefore we try to show the car from every possible angle. Please, look at the pictures and email us any concerns prior to placing a bid. We would like you to feel safe and confident when bidding.

After carefully reading the entire description, rather than making a potentially incorrect assumption, if any statement or comment is unclear, or if you have questions, or if any discrepancies are detected, they must be addressed and clarified prior to bidding. Please contact us if you have any questions. We will gladly answer your questions to the best of our ability.

Before the vehicle is placed for sale, we place our best effort into gathering all immediately available information and records. If service records are not posted in the listing, they could be obtained from a local Franchise Service Department or the dealership that sold the vehicle as new. We will gladly suggest to you ways of getting them best-known to us.

The description above is for informational and narrative purposes only. We take time to carefully describe each vehicle, with a generous amount of photos and text. However, it is very important to keep in mind that these vehicles are pre-owned, not brand new, therefore, minor items may be missing. And, as with any used vehicle, minor signs of wear may become more obvious under close inspection, such small chips or nicks, scratches or minor abrasions, wheel scuffs, and other indications of normal wear and tear. We cannot and will not be held liable or responsible for these issues.

Occasionally, we offer items placed for sale on consignment with us. We always announce a consignment item, when applicable. These items will be treated in the same manner as our regular sale items, for the exception of the following: we shall not be responsible for any delays caused with items availability for shipping or any documentation processing delays.

We shall not be responsible for any delays caused by any third party, such as vehicle transporters, documentation processing centers, mail delivery, etc..

A deposit of no less than $300 is due from a winning bidder immediately upon auction close for all motor vehicle listings with a final price of $15,000 or less. The amount of deposit is subject to change without prior notice and is non-negotiable. Deposits are non-refundable.

PLEASE NOTE: Due to ever increasing costs, we have now found it necessary to impose a $250.00 acquisition fee on every sold vehicle. This includes transfer and processing fees, holding costs, vehicle preparation, storage and overnight documentation delivery. Please add this amount to your winning bid price. All vehicles must be picked-up within 10 calendar days or parking and storage charges of $18 per day will apply. Please understand that parking and land are not cheap, so please plan ahead or contact us in advance to make arrangements. All fees must be paid in full prior to vehicle pickup.
