All my offerings are put through a service/safety check to be sure they are safe and road worthy. This includes an oil change and an inspection of the brakes, belts, hoses, cooling system, fluid levels, etc. Of course, every vehicle will ride and drive with the engine, transmission and suspension performing as expected. If you would prefer to have a third party inspect the car before bidding, I am most willing to help you facilitate that. I know of several shops in town that will deal with you directly or you are welcome to locate one on your own. Either way, I will deliver the car there for you and pick it up after inspection for no extra charge. Of course, the shop would charge a nominal fee and would bill you directly, but I will even reimburse your inspection charges if you end up buying the vehicle!!!
I know it can be hard to buy a vehicle that you can't see in person, so I will do my best to present it as well as I possibly can through pictures and accurate description. As nice as you could find with no rust, dents, bad scratches or fading. Just as pretty in person! The color is called Light Khaki Metallic. Kind of a green/brown... well Khaki!

Interior
Same Khaki color inside! The air is cold, all the power goodies are working and the CD stereo sounds great! Not even smoked in and ready to enjoy right away!
All I could find to mention is some light wear on the cloth seats, mostly showing because of the light color and some small scuffs here and there on the rear cargo area vinyl panels. Pretty typical and it does not take away from the overall very nice look.
The CD stereo also is Sirius Satellite Radio equipped and it's working now! LOTS of stations to enjoy! The owner pre-paid for his subscription and I do not know how much time is left. Could be days, weeks or months!
Included- factory mats, two remote keys, service records, original window sticker/bill of sale and sales brochures! I did find a minor, one inch long tear repair on the top left of the right side back seat that you can see here.

The advertised vehicle will be described as accurately as I can, but remember these are used cars, they will show signs as such. As stated before, each offering is serviced and safety checked before selling, but you are not bidding on brand new cars, so there may be parts of the vehicle that are not new. Depending on the age of the vehicle, the various systems involved will be at different levels of wear and there may be the typical tiny chips, blems and other signs of normal wear, inside and out, that you would expect on used vehicles. I am sure this is obvious to most people. I will do my best to describe all the apparent and important things so you are clear on what you are buying, but I encourage you to call with any questions you may have before bidding. I want you to be well informed! You can always get ahold of me on my cell @ 239-940-4170. I will be more than glad to walk around the car while on the phone and describe everything I see to give you a hands on view. PLEASE READ MY FEEDBACK! It speaks volumes of how I do business! Of course, all vehicles are sold "as-is" with no warranty expressed or implied unless there is any remaining factory warranty. - Customer is responsible to obtain their own insurance on any vehicle purchased. Insurance is provided by the transport company for all vehicles during shipping, but my insurance ceases to cover anything once it is sold. Sold being described as when funds are received in full, not at the time the vehicle is delivered.
- According to Federal guidelines, all vehicles 10 or more years old are sold exempt from mileage guarantees unless specifically mentioned. If I have documentation to back up the mileage on these older cars, I will.
- Payment must be made by cash-in-person, cashiers check, money order or bank to bank wire transfer. A $500.00 deposit will be expected within 3-5 business days following close of auction and remainder paid within 10-14 business days. If you have a special situation, please feel free to call ahead of time to discuss. I am very easy to deal with!
- Florida residents must include 6% sales tax. According to Florida law, if an out of state purchaser takes delivery of a vehicle in the state of Florida I am obligated as a licensed dealer to collect sales tax at a rate equal to the purchasers state sales tax and not to exceed 6%. The purchaser will then be given a notarized form from the State of Florida proving tax paid to present to their tax collectors office for sales tax credit. You DO NOT pay sales tax twice! Any additional fees or taxes will be the responsibility of the purchaser. This does not apply to vehicles shipped out of state, only ones picked up in Florida.
- Buyer assumes the cost and responsibility of shipping and taking delivery. I already have contacts to ship the vehicle anywhere in the USA, so I can help arrange this for you and give you cost estimate ahead of time. If you are going to fly in and drive home, Orlando, Tampa or Fort Myers airports offers the best choice as I am located app. 90 miles from any of them. You can rent a car via Enterprise Rent-A-Car one way for less than $100.00 and the drop off depot is right down the road from my office! I may be able to provide pickup at the Fort Myers airport for a very nominal fee, but it would depend on your travel schedule. Just call me to discuss! Nothing will get in the way of you getting your new vehicle! I can provide you with a free 30 day temporary plate for your vehicle, but you must have valid proof of insurance before a temporary plate can be issued.
- All vehicles do have clear titles and are guaranteed to be clean and free of any liens or brands such as salvage or rebuilt. Occasionally, a title will be in transit from the bank or dealership because of a loan payoff and may not be in my immediate possession, but will be processed to you as soon as physically possible. If you would like documentation for this, contact me, and I will get it for you.
- Any buyer with a negative rating will be ignored unless he contacts me first with a good explanation. There is no sense in running up the prices by people who have problems following through with commitments. Remember you are entering into a legally binding contract. I WILL GIVE NEGATIVE FEEDBACK ON ANY FINAL BIDDER THAT REFUSES TO HONOR HIS OR HER OBLIGATION!!!
- By the bidding and/or purchase of this vehicle, buyer obligates him or her self to agree with all guidelines and statements made on this auction page by the seller including "as-is" no warranty statements, sales tax regulations, and insurance requirements.
