We ship with Fedex Ground, UPS Ground, and truck Freight. For tires and wheel/tire packages over 35" diameter, call us or email us to get a Freight quote.(this can save you major $$) All items are shipped with the proper amount of insurance. If an item arrives damaged, please note that to the driver. We will work with you and the freight company throughout the claim process, but West KY Customs is not liable for any damages assessed during shipping. Local pickups are available by appointment. Most in stock items ship same day or next business day.

Payment Policy

Acceptable payment methods include ALL MAJOR CREDIT CARDS, PAYPAL, and WIRE TRANSFER. Paypal orders must be shipped to a confirmed address, or a business address. Credit card orders must be shipped to the billing address for the card, or a business address. Cash is accepted for local pickups. For security reasons, you MUST include a phone number with your order. Orders submitted without a phone number may be delayed.

Returns must be authorized via email or phone, before sending an item back to West KY Customs. All returns must be made within 7 days of receiving an item. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee and do NOT include shipping costs. Exchanges are available for like products. Wheels that have been mounted are not returnable. Tires that have been rolled on are not returnable. Special order items or customs built wheels are due in full, up front, and are not returnable or exchangeable.
