Vehicle condition

It still has everything it did. Ok well maybe not everything! The tires are worn, the windshield is cracked, but its a jeep ready to take on any hill or mountain you can through at it! 

 

Exterior-It's a little rough, paint oxidized.

Interior-Not bad in here.

Fees and Taxes

In the case of a cash transaction, out of state buyers are responsible for paying thier sales tax to thier home state when you register the vehicle. If financing the vehicle through us, we are required to collect your states sales tax at the time of final paperwork. Colorado residents are responsible for paying taxes to Mountain States Toyota whether paying cash or financing. All taxes are based off the address at which the vehicle will be registered.


Payment

Buyer must contact us within 24 hours of the end of the auction, and make arrangements for payment at that time. A $500.00 deposit is due within 24 hours of listing's end. The remainder is due within 7 days. If no contact is made within 24 hours we reserve the right to re-list the vehicle or sell it otherwise.  Most banks and credit unions do not finance vehicles older than 2002 or with more than 100K miles. Make sure if financing that your financial institution accepts the year and miles of this vehicle before making an offer. Please arrange financing prior to placing a bid.
