Our customers are our priority and we offer a great level of customer service. We provide a very detailed description and plenty of pictures but we feel our customers should be able to return an item if they are not happy. We will refund the full amount paid for the item but not the postage cost. UK buyers must inform us within 7 days of delivery if they wish to return an item (international customers have 14 days). So not only do we provide great prices but also a returns policy for your complete satisfaction, we totally understand buying online is not the same as a one to one sale in a shop/boutique where you can physically feel items you are buying which is why we think it is important to have this policy in place. Believe us when we say we are a customer focused eBay seller, our feedback speaks for itself.

UK buyers: if you are returning a new item please send it back with all extra’s it may have been sent with including any promotional gifts, gift bags etc. Please make sure it is packed well. If the value of the item is over £36 we require you to use a secure delivery service e.g. Royal Mail special delivery. Items valued below £36 should be sent back by Royal Mail standard recorded delivery. We are happy to take returns but we hope you understand that packing it well will stop damage and the postage used is important for insurance protection.

International buyers: please make sure you use a trackable service for your returned items

Once the item has been returned we will inform you by email, we will send an eBay “items returned” email to you which must be completed. It takes 5 seconds and it tells eBay that you have sent the item back so we can finally process your refund.
