Returning Defective Items
If you have an immediately defective item, you should email us to inform us you will be returning a defective item. The item must be returned within 14 days. You should send paperwork explaining what is wrong with the item. Buyer is responsible for sending item back. We recommend sending item back tru the US Postal Service the cheapest way possible with tracking. We will replace the item if available and ship it to you. Item must include original packaging. Misuse or used items will not be accepted for return.
Items sent back for return which are not suitable or no longer required. You must notify us within 3 days of delivery confirmation Item must be returned within 14 days of delivery. All shipping and handling charges are the buyers resposiblity,to and from. Item must be in salable condition 100% complete as sent
If we fail to deliver the correct goods, Please notify us as soon as possible so we will arrange for replacement of goods. We may at our discretion asked that the item be returned to us for exchange at no cost to you. It is not our intention to deliver the wrong goods. We loose out when we have to make a second shipment so please be patient. Thanks for being understanding.
