ABOUT US

Fresh Watercraft is a personal water craft (PWC) performance company, located just minutes from the United States/ Canada border.  We have a facility in Northwest Washington State, USA as well as the Lower Mainland of British Columbia, Canada.  We ship new and used Jet Ski parts domestically and internationally 5 days per week.

As a dealer for some of the premier names in the Watercraft aftermarket such as Skat-Trak, SBT (Short Block Technologies), and Hydro-Turf, we can also buy at dealer pricing levels with companies like Blowsion, Jet Dynamics, Ocean Pro, Factory Pipe, Dennis Kirk, Coffman’s Exhaust and Jetinetics. 

Fresh Watercraft is also the exclusive North American warehouse distributor for high-end billet parts manufacturer JRE (Jet Race Engineering).  JRE started out making technical CNC billet parts for large corporations like Disney, Comcast and Boeing, but later set their sights on the highly-under-served retro standup Jet Ski market.  This focus now has JRE manufacturing some of the highest quality PWC performance parts in the world.

We take great pride in our customer service and shipping speed, and look forward to assisting you with any of your new or used PWC parts needs.  We always have hundreds of watercraft parts in stock that are not currently listed in our e-store, and when we don't have it we can usually either source it, or direct you where to get it.  So if there are any parts you might be interested in but do not see listed, please don't hesitate to contact us.  We are available Monday through Saturday for parts inquiries and technical service phone calls, as well as 7 days a week for email support.

Our international freight costs and shipping speeds are the best in the business.  You won’t find a more comprehensive overseas shipper of new or used PWC parts anywhere in the world.  We look forward to helping you get back on the water!!

Shipping costs for American, Canadian, and International destinations are specified in our e-store listings 99% of the time.  Simply scroll down to the "Shipping and handling" section, and input your country.  The exact freight cost for shipping any given part to your country be listed.   However, some items are too large/heavy for a flat international rate to be applicable, so if you do not see a rate listed for your country, please contact us and we will be happy to source a shipping quote for you.

CARRIERS

Items shipping to United States destinations are shipped via United States Postal Service, FedEx Ground or UPS Ground (At the discretion of Fresh Watercraft).  Alternate carriers will be considered on a by-request basis.  Items shipping to Canadian destinations are shipped via Canada Post Expedited Parcel, or Greyhound Package Express.  Items shipping to International destinations are shipped via USPS International Airmail.  Shipping to Post Office boxes (P.O. Box) are no problem, and we do not have any kind of shipping or handling surcharge for international or domestic destinations.

COMBINED SHIPPING

We are more than happy to combine shipments on any combination of items, whether from an auction, e-store items, or best offer listings.  We simply ask shoppers to “Buy-it-now” any item(s) they want, but do not make a payment.  Simply contact us when you are done shopping, and we will then send you out a single invoice, with all the items on it plus one shipping charge.  We only charge actual freight, and never ever charge a handling fee.

WARRANTY

-Manufacturer’s warranty on new parts only, to a maximum of 1 year

-Used parts are considered “As-is,” and are final sales.  Used parts carry no warranty coverage whatsoever

-Returns/exchanges on used parts are only accepted due to an error in the listing on the part of Fresh Watercraft

-Invoice must accompany all claims for warranty

-Merchandise must be returned to Fresh Watercraft unused and in the same condition as when purchased

-Warranty on moving parts applies only when new fluids, filters, seals, and/or gaskets are used with installation of part

NON-WARRANTY

-Return shipping costs

-Purchaser's inconvenience, loss of time, loss of use of watercraft, and/or towing expense

-Installation expense, commercial loss or consequential damages

-Fluids, gaskets, seals, filters, or other materials/parts used in the installation of a given component

-Claims that result from accident, abuse, neglect, alteration, improper maintenance or improper installation

-Parts installed in watercraft used commercially, or for racing

-Parts used in conditions that would contribute to abnormal wear (At the sole discretion of Fresh Watercraft)

-Parts used for other than original application

Note:  Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you.  This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may have other rights which vary from state to state and/or Province to Province.

Fresh Watercraft specializes in Stand-up style Kawasaki Jet Skis. This includes JS400 (JS 400), JS440 (JS 440), JS550 (JS 550), 550SX (550 SX), 650SX (650 SX), 750SX (750 SX), 750SXi (750 SXi), 750SXi Pro (750 SXi Pro) and 800SXR (800 SX-R) models.  We also carry a large inventory of parts for Kawasaki runabout style craft, 2 and 3 passenger watercraft such as X2, TS (Tandem Sport), SC, ST, STX, ZXi, SS, STS, SSXi (Super Sport), XIR and Ultra 130 / 150 Jetskis.

RETURN POLICY

-All returns must be pre-approved by Fresh Watercraft and accompanied by a Returned Goods Authorization (RGA)

-Invoice must accompany all returns

-No returns whatsoever on electrical parts, service manuals, tools or special orders (New or used)

-No refunds on shipping charges unless as a direct result of a Fresh Watercraft error

-20% restocking fee on all returned parts unless as a direct result of a Fresh Watercraft error

-Parts must be returned unused and in the same condition as when purchased

-No returns on parts under $15.00.

-No returns after 14 days from date of purchase.

The customer understands that in making a purchase from Fresh Watercraft, there are no other expressed or implied warranties of any nature, and agrees to be subject to the above conditions. 

All returns must be accompanied by a Returned Goods Authorization (RGA) number, which must be obtained via email or phone from Fresh Watercraft before any parts are returned.  If the RGA number is not written on the outside of the shipping box, the unopened package will be returned to the purchaser.  All returns must be postage paid; return shipping charges are not refundable. All returns must be packaged properly; we are not responsible for damage to returns that occur as a result of improper packaging.  Fresh Watercraft will issue a refund or credit only for clean and unopened sealed parts, less shipping and 20% restocking and handling fee.  We appreciate your understanding, and thank you for your business.
