Here we are proud to introduce a brand new product to the personal watercraft performance market, a two piece billet aluminum fuel cap block-off plate for a Kawasaki Jet Ski.  Manufactured by JET RACE ENGINEERING (JRE), makers of precision parts for Boeing, this high quality component fits every 1973 through 1995 Kawasaki JS 300, 400, 440, 550 and 550 SX style Jetski hull.

The stock plastic fuel neck and gas cap on the JS skis are notorious for cracking and breaking, so for years guys into performance have been removing the external filler assembly and fueling up from underneath the hood instead.  Unfortunately until now, there has never been a proper (Or cosmetically appealing) way to block off the unsightly hole left in the hull when removing the filler assembly.  However, now with a new JRE fuel filler block-off plate, you finally have a component that not only fits perfectly into the fiberglass recess of the JS hull, but also one that looks amazing.  Plate proudly displays a very large JRE logo in a highly visible location and comes coated in blue “Hardcoat” anodizing.  Hardcoating provides excellent wear resistance and increased corrosion protection from salt water. 

   Note:  Cap is now reversible, logo can be either displayed, or flipped upside down to display no logo at all.

Unit includes base plate, logo cap, 4 stainless self tapping screws to attach the base plate to the hull, as well as 6 stainless Allen head machine screws to fasten the logo cap to the base plate.  Base plate screws right into the 4 factory mounting holes, no need to drill or adapt the hull.  Item also includes a full set of install instructions.
