1" NOZZLE SPACER!!!

Here we are proud to introduce a brand new product to the personal watercraft performance market.  A one inch thick parallel jet pump nozzle spacer for a Kawasaki Jet Ski.  Manufactured by JET RACE ENGINEERING (JRE), makers of precision parts for Boeing, this high quality component will add performance to every Jet Ski using a Kawasaki 650, 750 or 800 jet pump (Check out the attached photo to how this spacer makes a stock nozzle assembly work the same way a Rip-Turn performance nozzle set-up does!!)

A parallel nozzle spacer gets installed between the pump vane guide case and the reduction nozzle, increasing the pressure volume between the impeller and nozzles.  This generates more thrust, as well as other benefits based on the model of Jet Ski it is installed on.

For Jet Skis with a trim feature (650 X2, 750 SS, etc.):

On models that have a trim feature such as the 650 X2, a 1” parallel spacer allows for the removal of the 3 piece trim nozzle assembly, in order to use a standard 2 piece 650 or 750 nozzle assembly.  The spacer acts like a longer aftermarket nozzle set (Such as the PJS Rip Turn setup), which retains the factory steering cable mounting point on the turning nozzle.  No steer cable modifications are required.
 

For all other 650, 750 and 800 SX-R models:

On all other Jet Ski models, a parallel spacer moves the entire nozzle assembly 1” further stern.  This alters the ski’s center of gravity when turning, due to the steer nozzle exiting the hull much further back, and will push the ski to turn much sooner than in the stock location.  You will be amazed at the increased turning and steering performance you have with a set-back nozzle assembly.

All JRE pump spacers are precision machined from pure Alcoa 6061 aluminum with a machined groove on one side, and a flange on the other.  These interlock with the factory flange of the reduction nozzle, and the groove of the pump case.  This precision feature takes the torsional load off the fasteners and assures perfect alignment for the complete assembly!!

Spacer proudly displays a very cool Jet Race Engineering logo machined across the flange and comes coated in silver “Hardcoat” anodizing.  Hardcoating provides excellent wear resistance and increased corrosion protection from salt water.  A JRE spacer can easily be installed without removing the pump from the hull 99% of the time, and is an excellent bang-for-buck way to add some extra performance to your ski.  Item also includes a JRE vinyl decal and a full set of install instructions.  So if you want some easy extra performance, you better GRAB ONE!!!
