Out of state buyers are not charged tax, title, or license on cash purchases only. The customer is responsible for registering the vehicle in their home state. All buyers pay a $499.95 Documentary fee.
Taxes and Fees
In state buyers will be charged state and local taxes, title, registration, and documentary fees. All sales transactions must be completed within 5 days of auction close. Out of state buyers will be charged their state and local taxes, title, registration, and documentary fee if they are financing. Also Florida reserves the right to charge all out of state buyers up to 6% tax if the vehicle is driven on any Florida roads to get home. This state tax will be given as a credit for the buyer's home state tax.

Deposit
All buyers pay a $499.95 Documentary fee. We require a $500 deposit within 3 days of winning the auction. Please call the dealership to make arrangements for payment.
