All are in good condition, the helmet had some foam deterioration under the lining, should be easy fix (located on the top under the lining).  The bag and extra shield come with this helmet and are in very good condition. Instructions & original receipt for the helmet was $132.93 and is included, that's not counting the carry bad or extra shield.
