1. Before returning any component, please contact us (e-mail preferred).
2. All returns not due to an error on our part will be subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee. 
3. Electronic parts will be refunded by replacement only.
4. Only parts that were not installed and are in original undamaged packaging are eligible for return except under special circumstances.
 5. Buyer must agree to Ebay transaction cancellation agreement which will be e-mailed after seller receives the return; if not, Ebay transaction fees will be deducted from refund.
6. We desire happy repeat customers and will provide prompt personal attention to resolve any rare difficulty that might occur.
