Refunds or returns: We do not refund shipping cost.
We don’t give refunds but credit store.If the used part we sent you does not work please contact us asap to solve the situation and send you another one. But remember you have to send back the one that you have there for us to check that the part is really ours (as we mark them).When you return the part please send a brief message with item number and the reason of you sending it back. You have 15 days after you receive the item to make a claim. If we don’t have a replacement for that used part, you can pay a difference to get it new or have the credit store.
If the item is broken during shipping we will work with you & the Post office or ups to assure a speedy resolution of the situation (as fast as possible - considering the speed of the Post Office and UPS these days). We will not give refunds because of "dislike issues". All photo's and descriptions will be described to the best of our ability (sometimes we use pics as a sample and we usually put that in the add). The used parts that we put for sale come from cars we salvage or auctions so we believe they are working fine but we cannot test them before sending them to you. So if you have any problem with them please contact us for us to help you find a solution.
