These are some extra lights to hide inside your factory turn signals to make you more visable from the rear.  I found these in my spare parts and want to clean out the garage.  Also included is a BMW style plug you can use for some other job.  I also found the flasher but you will have to find the install instructions on the web. http://www.run-n-lites.com/products.asp is a good place to start.
