Return and exchange policy

    * Warranty Period: 7 Days from delivery day. We are not responsible for any return and exchange after the warranty period.
    * If the item is defective, manufacturing error or not perfect fit, we might for pictures through email to show the problems. Please understand that we would like to see the problem and see if there is any faster and more convenient solution before customers send back the item.
    * If the item stated as brand new is found defective on arrival or incorrect item was shipped, buyer understands that the product will be repaired or replaced at seller's discretion, and be given a reasonable amount of time. We will help our customers to file UPS/USPS claims and we will resend items to customers after we successfully received the claims from UPS/USPS.
    * All presumed defective or wrong items must obtain authorization before returning. Please E-mail us if you found any problems with your items, we will work with you to solve any problems. No refund on electrical parts. No refund on smog parts.
    * Any returned package without authorization will be refused. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
    * Professional installation is highly recommended. Instructions are not included with most products.
    * All shipping and handling fee will not be refunded in any case.
